My Story

I have created this page because I want to make a difference. I will be walking 23 miles alongside Regional Ambassadors, in order to support the Holocaust Educational Trust (HET).

I am so inspired by the work of HET after taking part in their Lessons From Auschwitz project back in 2017. Their aim is to educate as many people about the Holocaust and its contemporary relevance, through sending students to Poland on the Lessons From Auschwitz Project, hosting AmCon each year, and giving Regional Ambassadors the opportunity to take part in Study Visits to Yad Vashem in Israel, and Budapest.

It is important now, more than ever, to defend the truth and tackle prejudice and discrimination whenever we see it in our society.

If you would like more information about HET, then please visit their website https://www.het.org.uk

Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about The Kiltwalk, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!

As Ambassadors and Regional Ambassadors for the Holocaust Educational Trust, we have all been impacted by the incredible work the trust does, such as undertaking the Lessons From Auschwitz Project, attending the Annual Ambassador Conference, and participating in Ambassador Study visits.

Through our involvement in the Trust, we work to ensure that we remember the past, understand the contemporary relevance of the Holocaust and stand up to modern day prejudice.

For more information on the work of the Holocaust Educational Trust, have a look at their website (https://www.het.org.uk) and watch their Appeal Film ()

We are fundraising to enable the Trust to continue its great work and we hope you are able to support this worthy cause.

Please help us by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button.
